AAS in Building Management and Maintenance at Mohawk Valley Community College
This degree is designed for those wishing to enter supervisory positions for maintenance of office buildings, apartment complexes, health care facilities and hotels. Graduates will understand mechanical and electrical systems as well as energy use and conservation. This program also provides training in purchasing of materials and services related to building management.
