International Bachelors Programmes at Mid Sweden University
Mid Sweden University offers four tree-year bachelor’s programmes, all entirely taught in English.
All programmes offer the possibility to study one (at the most two) of the six semesters of the programme at one of our partner universities abroad, and they also include courses such as intercultural communication and presentation techniques in English.
To apply to a programme at bachelor’s level you need to satisfy general as well as specific entrance requirements for courses at undergraduate level.
General requirements
Completion of an upper-secondary school programme which confers eligibility for university studies in the same country and whose level corresponds to an equivalent programme in Sweden.
Proficiency in English (both written and oral) equivalent to the proficiency which is required for the completion of Swedish upper-secondary education.

Eligibility
For all International Bachelor’s Programmes at Mid Sweden University it is required that you fulfil the general requirements for Bachelor’s programmes.
This means that you must have completed an upper-secondary school programme which confers eligibility for university studies in the same country and whose level corresponds to the equivalent programme in Sweden.
General entry requirements
Graduation from a complete upper secondary education in Sweden or abroad with the exemption from basic proficiency in Swedish.
Specific entry requirements
In addition to the general requirements, all programmes also have specific requirements.

English language proficiency:
For all International Bachelor’s Programmes at Mid Sweden University it is required that you prove your proficiency in English. Special proficiency in English can be demonstrated by for example the following international tests:
TOEFL with a minimum score of 550 on paper-based test and not below 4.0 on the TWE
TOEFL with a minimum score of 213 on computer-based test
TOEFL with a minimum score of 79 on internet-based test
IELTS Academic Training with a minimum overall score of 6.0 and a minimum score on the specific parts of at least 5.0
