Supervisory Management Degree at Montgomery Collage Maryland
This sequence of courses is designed for those students who wish to develop skills for employment as a first-line supervisor. Students will gain an understanding of the legal requirements concerning employer/employee relations; application of the legal framework for labor/management relations; and the ramifications of discrimination in employment and its implications in such areas as hiring, firing, and working conditions.
